This is Camino de la Muerte, or the Road of Death - a 40-mile pass in Bolivia stretching from the capital of La Paz to the resort town of Coroico. Every year between 200 and 300 people die in accidents on the world's most dangerous road.
In this video footage a bus tried to cross a muddy part of the road but fell more than 160 feet down the ravine, killing the driver, who had reportedly unloaded his passengers before heading down the treacherous pass.
